The buyer does not respond to the messages and did not pay the skirt, so I have no choice but to give negative feedback. This is first time here when I'm giving negative feedback to anyone here. The listing ended more than month ago.

WARNING - Seller did NOT ship the item to me NOR would give me tracking.
When I first paid for the item, she waited a week till she said she shipped it out and to wait three weeks (note that she did not give me tracking) . I didn't think anything wrong so I waited for 4 weeks and yet nothing came. I contacted her and she said that I need to wait another 2 weeks and if I don't get anything still, she'll give me a partial refund....Also she was ignoring me whenever I asked for tracking and it took multiple messages till she would respond. Anyways fast forward another two weeks and a half, nothing came. I opened up a dispute on Paypal and even with that the seller was entirely silent. I ended up wasting 2 months on this and thankfully I received my money back - please avoid making the same mistake as I did.
