I purchased this skirt back on April 8th, '15. It is now May 22nd, '15. I have not received this skirt! I have tried to be very patient. I know that shipping can be slow, particularly if it's by ship, from South Korea to the United States. But it's now been about 6 weeks since I gave this seller my money and she indicated that it should reach me within the first week. I have repeatedly tried to contact her, leaving several messages here on Lace Market, inquiring how and when she shipped my skirt. No answer. Quite disturbing. I understand that things can be shipped and then lost in the mail, so I suppose she might indeed have sent it. But her lack of response has not been encouraging. If she put tracking on it, she hasn't shared that information with me. She hasn't given me any idea of time estimates beyond her first message that it would soon reach me. I have now opened a case with Paypal. They were going to try to contact her. Not sure if they had any success on that, but they did rule in my favor. The only thing is that they have indicated that there might not be any money in her account with which to refund me. That they can ban her from Paypal, but not sure how much that personally helps me. So I am hoping that I won't be out the money. It's heart breaking, because I really wanted this skirt. It was a beautiful one at a great low price...maybe because she never intended to really send it. A word of caution: I've been asked more than once by sellers on Lace Market to send payments as to friends. I think that it's both to avoid fees, but also to avoid cases from Paypal if the buyer doesn't receive the item. If you send to friends, you have no recourse. Like I said, I have tried for quite awhile to give this seller the benefit of the doubt. I think she may not have even bothered to read my messages. Wouldn't surprised if she came back under another name. I kept thinking that it might just arrive, she seemed sweet and friendly at the time of purchase, but it doesn't look like it will ever come. Save yourself the heart ache. Don't buy from this seller!
