seller was very friendly and helpes me alot wirh shipping amd custom charges! But communication was pretty bad they said they would put the dress on hold for me but never did so I just had to hope I would win the auction. After that the seller charged me paypal fees ontop of the price without asking first, which I have never heard of before when I sell something I know I have to pay the fees and it is just part of the deal. Then dispatch time was really slow and the dress came in very different condition then discribed. Listing said they have a cat but it doesn’t get bear their clothes… I got the dress smelly and covered in cat fur like every spot on the dress was full of hair like the cat had slept on it for a week. I have owned many cats and come from a household with always atleast two cats present, so I know what a few stray heir or a whole weeks worth of shedding looks like. I was not happy and I hope the bad smell and all the fur come off during a hand wash. So the condition was definetly not „like new“ and not very well taken care of. But like I said the help on shipping and customs was very very helpfull <3
