This transaction felt very strange, as the seller begged me to reduce my price (including shipping) below what my auction price started at, and then at the last minute grabbed the dress at the BIN price which was $80 more that what she said her maximum was. She also wanted me to low-ball the item's value. I would have no protection if the dress went missing and she filed a Paypal claim. I went to the Admins because I was uncomfortable sending my dress to a buyer that felt sketchy, and the Admins understood. Buyer JUST left negative feedback as retaliation for trying to buy the same dress again, but being refused sale because I now do not ship to Italy.

Buyer never asked about shipping before placing a bid. It is stated in my information to contact me for a shipping estimate. She did not follow that before bidding, and I will not take the risk of shipping to Italy, as it is known that packages go missing when shipped there.

Although I don't like to, I have been instructed by LM to leave negative feedback. After haggling the price down by about $30, the buyer decided against the sale after purchasing the dress on LM.
