A minor point - the bag was poorly packed and got very squashed and bent out of shape during shipping. Delicate items should be packed with protection, otherwise a good transaction.

Wonderful seller and very happy with our transaction! Shoes were just as described and fit great! I have wanted a pair of Dear Lenore's since they aren't that stiff or hard, but ordering from them seems to be a pain so I am very HAPPY to have found them here! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The seller was polite and kept me in the loop throughout the transaction. The shoes were shipped quickly and only just arrived a few minutes ago.
The box actually arrived undamaged and the shoes also arrived perfectly fine though there wasn't any padding to stop the shoes from shifting around in transit. The shoes are really sturdy, so the lack of padding didn't matter in the end.
Overall, I'm very pleased and I think I'm a demonia convert now.
