Was hesitant at first to buy from this seller based on feedback that they ship the item slow. I really wanted the peignoir though so I bought anyways. The seller has improved on shipping time since those reviews. She messaged me right away and kept me updated on the shipment and was really sweet and friendly.

I have attempted to contact this person multiple times about winning this auction (that was won on Nov 20) and have not had any communication at all. If I hear anything, I will still complete the transaction, but at this point, there is no way I can leave anything less than negative feedback. And I'm not picky about timing or communication, but to hear absolutely nothing for 3 weeks is unacceptable (baring a few unique circumstances). I've contacted her through LM as well as at her email address with no success. So sad. I really wanted these shoes. Oh well.

Seller was friendly and communicative at the beginning, but after I had paid the invoice I didn't receive a tracking number or even a notification message that the dress had shipped (not sure if there was just a communication error)? The JSK and headbow did arrive on time, though, and were just as described. Several small items were included as gifts, which I thought was very sweet!
