This is Angelic Pretty's 'Memorial Cake' halter neck JSK (with headbow) in the white colour way from 2009. I am the second owner of this set, as I bought it from Closet Child a few months ago. I personally have never worn it out, only tried it on! I can't find any flaws on the dress or the headbow :) Both the halter ties and waist ties included Here are the measurements from lolibrary:

Waist: 74-97
