Seller never shipped the hat. I paid for her quote for the hat plus shipping. She then let me know later that either it would be more expensive, or we could wait a little while to see if the shipping would return to normal. We kept in contact again a month later, and opted to wait longer. Obviously I guess this was a little silly. I've reached out 2-3 times since then to see if I could just pay the difference or if she could refund me and re-sell the hat. She has ceased to respond so I am regretfully leaving negative feedback. I'd be happy to remove this if she gets back in contact with me.
