Summer is coming! BTSSB black straw boater hat with lace ribbons. Bought off mercari, Idk if this had any accessories or not, but it's easy to pin a flower or bow on the lace cotton lace band. The hat also has long ties and a comb inside to hold it in place. I have a large head (56cm size) and it still fits. Only few signs of wear.
