I had a positive experience with purchasing a headbow from desuish and would purchase from them again! I didn't receive the usual invoice but we were able to work out payment so the transaction went smoothly. At one point there was a small delay and I got worried because I hadn't heard anything but then desuish reached out to explain, and I was reassured. The headbow arrived carefully packaged and in perfect condition.

The dress took a long time to arrive and was sent to the wrong address by mistake, the seller took a while to get a hold of but was super sweet and apologetic. The dress was well protected and included free rigs and a sweet note <3 I recommend this seller

The blouse was wonderfully folded and tucked into an Angelic Pretty bag inside of a sturdy flat rate box. I got it so quickly, and wow am I impressed! The blouse is so soft and the lace is adorably intricate.
