Just filed a PayPal claim 🤡
No communication for more than a month despite attempts to reach the seller via LaceMarket and PayPal. With no shipping update it's safe to assume the dress has not been shipped. Really unfortunate and dissatisfactory experience.

NEGATIVE Purchased on 12/30 with a promised Tuesday shipment, expecting it by 1/2 or 1/9.
No communication for two weeks. My requestfor tracking on 1/14 went unanswered. On 1/16, I asked again and said I would file a claim if seller didn't reply. A few minutes later seller promised shipment in two days. On 1/18, they claimed to ship today and will send a follow up message with tracking information.
Still received nothing. My 1/22 follow-up remains unread until now.
Paid $190, almost a month passed, no item or tracking details. Now I have to initiate a PayPal claim for a refund. Highly unsatisfactory experience. Cannot recommend this seller.

Seller was super nice and worked out a payment plan with me. Dress is beautiful and came with an extra. Only docking a star for slow shipment but otherwise I’d buy from again :)
