I purchased & was invoiced for this dress on 11/11 & sent payment the same day. On 11/14, I sent a message to inquire if the dress had been shipped & got no reply. On 11/16, I decided to send a 2nd message thinking my first one had not gone through & again, received no reply. On 11/20, I sent a final message & expressed that I felt I had waited a reasonable amount of time & since I received no reply or updates, I would initiate a claim in Paypal. I then (finally) received a reply from the seller apologizing that they had been sick & would ship the dress the next day (on the 21st).
As of 11/26/2023, I never received the dress or my money back and am thus having to wait until Paypal reviews the claim I have opened against this seller.
