The buyer didn't read the disclaimer in my listing, stating that it's my policy to ship to only the U.S. and Canada, and purchased this petticoat despite living in the UK. I was willing to make an exception to the policy if the buyer was willing to pay the high shipping cost, and I sent 2 messages to ask whether the buyer would prefer to continue with the sale, or have me re-list the item. I never got a response to those messages, so I'll assume the buyer has backed out and will re-list the petticoat.
