Seller beware!
Payed and provided information for the delivery timely.
The buyer have chosen not trackable shipping option without insurance and unfortunately the parcel was lost in post. Buyer ignored information about the fact that I'm not responsible for the lost items which is stated in my terms of sale.
She ignored my offers to resolve the matter peacefully and opened PayPal case: I've offered full refund if I get the dress back or reship it via EMS for free but haven't got any answer on that.
I can understand the frustration and disappointment of not getting the parcel, bur I don't think it's fair to ask for a refund. I'm the one who lost both the dress and the money. Sadly for me, PayPal ignores the fact that I can't be responsible for the lost items.
