Even though we ran into a hiccup with this item, I am beyond happy with how the seller responded to and resolved the issue! They had misremembered the top's size and listed it as a 2xl rather than an xl (other than this, the item was exactly as described in perfect condition and was packaged very well). I messaged them about the size difference and they responded immediately with two possible solutions. They offered to either send me a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to them for a full refund or give a partial refund if I would like to keep the item. I chose to return the item for a full refund, and the prepaid label was sent quickly. I kept them updated on the delivery date and I was refunded as soon as it was delivered to them. They were very nice and had excellent communication throughout all of this! Thank you for a great experience!
