Alice is a really kind seller! Communication was always speedy. My only complaint was that there was some unlisted damage– a medium sized, mustard coloured stain on the left sleeve of the coat. However, the price was very reasonable considering the price she originally paid for it, so I can't complain too much. Overall a positive buying experience! In the future, I hope she can check her items more thoroughly, and then I will feel even more confident buying from her. ^^

Great communication, very friendly, and extremely quick postage. The dress did have a few small stains that were not mentioned but they can be easily removed and really are unnoticable so I don't blame the seller. Overall pleasant transaction :)
