No flower brooch. The dress was from the lucky pack last year. I haven't received the brooch with this dress.
I do not know exact measurement, but it has shirring on the back.
This dress was sold during Harajuku Fashion's Night Out on September 10th, 2016.
Perfect outfit for museum trip! Love the laces and the color, but it wasn't for me.
