All the items were very carefully wrapped in 2 layers of bubble wrap to keep them protected, and the headband was exactly what I was looking for with the coord I'm building. The Q-Pot ring is in perfect condition and beautiful, and I'm happy to add it to my growing collection of deco jewelry. All in all, the items are fantastic and everything arrived sooner than I expected. Thank you again!

There was a hiccup with shipping the first time, not the sellers fault, that caused a delay in arrival combined unfortunately with pandemic related delays in shipping. However, the seller was very polite, kept me updated, and communicated well. When the item arrived it was in the exact condition described in the listing with no issues. I appreciated their accommodations for a successful sale/purchase, they appear reliable to me based on this experience.

Wonderful seller! Very fast at responding to messages and reassuring me of where my parcel was. Due to COVID, parcel was delayed greatly but after nearly a month and a half it arrived to the UK safe and sound! Usakumya was dirty as described but after a wash she was good as new!
