Measurements were clearly listed in my posting and buyer proceeded with the purchase. She was notably new and required a full explanation of the process of buying off lace market. Payment was prompt. After she received the dress, she complained that it did not fit her and wanted to return the dress. Unfortunately, I do not accept returns or refunds. She also asked to do a trade which I also did not do and ask that she consider looking up on Facebook groups to see if anyone would take her offer.

The buyer paid quickly, but her communication was sorely lacking. She purchased this size 4L blouse and a size M JSK, so I sent a message to confirm that she really did want 2 items in such different sizes. She sent a reply asking about sizing info for smaller sizes of the blouse, and I provided those measurements. After I sent this message, however, the buyer seemed to fall of the face of the Earth. Although my message containing the measurements has been marked as read, she never sent me a reply, even though I sent another message to remind her that I needed to know for sure which size of blouse she preferred. After waiting almost a week after receiving payment, I just sent the package containing the sizes originally purchased, because I'd given up hope of ever hearing back from her. All in all a very strange situation that I don't know quite what to make of, which is why I'm leaving neutral feedback.
