On 1/9, buyer purchased my listing then sent a message afterwards saying 1) they don't have a Paypal account since they are a minor 2) asked about sizing 3) asked about international shipping 4) wanted to negotiate the price. I explained that you can pay a Paypal invoice without an account, reiterated the measurements in my listing, gave a shipping quote, and declined the negotiation. I declined the negotiation since user had already purchased the listing and explained that these type of messages should really be sent before purchasing. They replied the next day saying they never purchased something like this before and asked about the price including shipping to confirm. I said yes, that includes everything, but if it was too much I would allow them to cancel the transaction all together because they genuinely seemed like they did not know what they were doing. But if they still wanted it, I would need their email address to send the invoice. I waited for an answer for 2 weeks since I was feeling generous, but they read the message and never replied.
