We had some communication issues but mainly because of LM being down. When I wrote her on FB, where I remembered I had seen her sales post, she immediately replied and we could figure out everything about shipping etc.
She was also very helpful after sending when the parcel got stuck in German customs and I needed some information about the parcel itself.
The item itself was nicely packed and in great condition.
