They were so sweet and prompt in their communications, including invoicing and providing the tracking number. My big, fluffy dress was packed so thoughtfully that it didn't need additional fluffing out of the box ♡ I even received a lovely handwritten Thank You note! The seller checked all the boxes, and then some. An overwhelmingly positive experience.
