The communication with this seller was perfect! She replied fast and made sure to keep me updated through all steps. When I asked if the wig could be shipped as a gift to avoid taxes, she even went out of her way to find out how to do this exactly as she had not done it before which I appreciate so much! The wig arrived in about a week from the US to Belgium, which is very fast! The wig did not come in a wig bag, which surprised me a little, but the seller made sure the wig was packaged very well and very carefully (she even added some cute colorful tape which was so cute!) so it's all okay! Sadly the bangs are cut a bit weirdly, there is a longer piece at the side which shouldn't have been cut, but I can make it work! I have been looking for this wig for years so I am more than happy to finally own it. Would love to buy from this seller again. Highly recommended!
