Communication was very quick. Dress arrived in almost excellent condition but there was an undisclosed dark brown/yellow stain on the white lace right in the chest of the dress. I've been at it for four days and used every product in my house and it's only about half removed. It was also very crumpled from being packed in a small box but a good ironing will fix that and I expected the dress to be a bit crushed from travel. Otherwise dress is exactly what seller described. Package arrived in a timely manner.
