I spoke with the seller and explained the issues going on. The buyer and I BOTH agreed that if it took too long to ship out, she would get a refund. I was the one that initiated the agreement with the refund. The buyer then got upset that it took too long and lied about us discussing a refund. [MOD edit: feedback edited, seller unapproved due to unprofessional messages and cancelling order without notice]
