The buyer was kind and responsive at first, and even paid promptly when invoiced. However, when shipping costs turned out to be more expensive than initially expected the buyer simply stopped responding (I offered to cover some of the extra cost and requested that the buyer send a small additional contribution). I'm very disappointed as they were lovely to sell to at first. Regardless, I hope you love the jacket!

The seller was an absolute delight throughout this entire transaction. Because it was their first sale, they messaged to confirm that I was aware of the damages and gave me a shipping estimate before invoicing. They were detailed and prompt each step of the way, letting me know when they had shipped and provided the tracking number right after. I cannot recommend them enough.
