The seller was very polite, however, the time it took to ship my item was pretty long. It was a month before she shipped my item, and another week for it to arrive. I understand that the holidays are stressful and I'm sure she did her best, but it was a little annoying to wait so long. Overall, the seller was nice and communicated well, though.

The seller was very nice and patient with any and all questions that I asked. Their communication was very good and they responded quickly. The dress was safely wrapped in plastic and shipped in a sturdy box (plus the bag was helpfully sealed closed with cute kitty stickers c:) Dress is as described and so beautiful! I would definitely buy from them again! Thanks again!

After I won the auction, Randgrys and I began exchanging messages regarding the sale. Nowhere in the listing was it mentioned that they expected PayPal fees to be the buyer's responsibility and that I was to pay those fees. When I told them that it wasn't listed, they apologized and said that because they were on mobile, they couldn't state it on the listing, but that they were not willing to shoulder the fees themselves, despite both PayPal and Lace Market stating that PayPal fees are the seller's responsibility and should be factored into the price of the item. I told them that I would not be buying the dress and they told me they understood. I thought that was the last of it, until I received an invoice for the price of the dress, shipping, AND PayPal fees. I thought they had understood that I would not be purchasing from them. I hate to leave negative feedback and would have been happy to leave this be, but I know I certainly do not appreciate unwanted invoices.
