Held dress for her for over a month. She claimed that she thought the dress was already sold when the auction time had simply run out after expressing that she wanted to do a hold, to which I was totally open for. she and I agreed that I would hold it without a down payment because she said she really wanted it but was waiting for a check to come in. I send an invoice and was patiently waiting for payment. Fast forward 2 weeks later and I ask for an update after no communication or payment. I let it go and worry that everything was fine on her end. I continue to send messages (about 5 in total), to which I was ignored. I check her profile page to see that in the time she didn't pay or contact me, she had purchased another item. I was quite upset after showing generosity in letting her hold the dress without a down payment... I recommend caution in holds with her.
