Horrible seller
Back then I received the invoice not even an hour after winning. Good thing I was at work and didn't pay at the moment, I saw the negative reviews that started coming I was apolished..

Communication was initially great, and speedy; but two and a half months passed and I did not receive the dress I had purchased, nor a reply to my enquiry regarding the tracking details they had promised to notify me of asap. I hope all is well with the seller; but all their listings mysteriously disappeared from their shop after I paid for the dress, and I had to go through Paypal's processes to get a refund back (which was granted, with no communication from the seller to myself or to Paypal), which does not bode well.

I sold this user a dress and was clear that the shipping would be untracked as my country does not currently offer a tracked option to China. Buyer said this was fine. Months later they opened a Paypal dispute claiming the dress had not arrived, and saying that they did not receive a tracking number (of course!) and "could not reach the seller", despite the fact that I had last messaged them on LM and had never received a reply. I replied right away on Paypal and still heard nothing from them. The dispute eventually closed due to inactivity.

I was excited and purchased the dress then I asked for some photos of the tags and was told I would get the photos of the tags no problem and then I never heard back iMessage several times over a course of weeks and weeks and no response I was ready and willing to pay I never got an invoice I never got photos none of my messages were even ever read I was really excited to finally get holy land turn in the color way I wanted and the seller just didn’t communicate to me I really hope that nothing bad happened to them because of the virus and everything soI hope it’s all just a misunderstanding but that’s far it doesn’t look good

Purchased three items from this seller totaling about $425 USD, was never invoiced for any of them, never received a reply to any of my 5 messages asking about combined shipping for the items and later inquiring why I hadn't yet been invoiced, and now all of Pistachio's listings are mysteriously gone, so I'm assuming they've packed up and left Lace Market forever. (: Extremely disappointed. I had my eye on this Love Love Berries listing for months and finally purchased because of the price drop, so I'm very disheartened that this isn't a piece I can have after all.
