Due to postal issues beyond the seller's control, it did take a long time to dispatch. They did a good job keeping me posted about what was going on though, and it did still arrive within the timeframe I needed it for.

This person is an IDEAL seller! We did a payment plan which went perfectly. The dress was delayed in arriving to my house due to a post office error (no fault of the seller) but the seller was VERY helpful and did everything she could for me despite being in another country. We communicated almost everyday throughout the long process and the seller was always kind, helpful, and positive. My dress was able to be picked up and was packaged with great care. Despite the slip up at the post office this was an awesome transaction.
