First of all, the item turned out even better than I had expected! As requested, I got half-shirring and some additional length to accommodate my petticoat; the fit is incredible.
Communication was absolutely top-notch. I was presented with options regarding the length (thankfully, I only needed about two centimetres) and a rough time frame.
The shipping was tracked, for which I also received a tracking number.
Despite holidays and other circumstances, the package (the skirt was packaged in a padded envelope inside a fabric bag) reached me after a week.
To sum up, it was a great experience and I hope I will be able to buy another piece soon!
