The seller is very sweet, but communication was somewhat difficult and it took quite a long time to get the item. I do appreciate that she was so thoughtful when she did communicate with me, I only wish it had been a little more timely!

Originally agreed on a long-term pmt plan of $50 every month back in June. Due to circumstances I agreed to put the pmt plan on hold back in October, but never received any other pmts. At the beginning of November, I requested that the buyer send me the remaining $100 by the end of the month, as the six months we had agreed upon would be up as of December 1st or so.
Towards the end of the month, she requested that I refund her payments already made, and stated that she no longer wanted the item. I agreed to do so by December 1st. Over the Thanksgiving weekend she reached out to Paypal to request a full refund, as I did admittedly take around 36 hours to respond to a message. I refunded her all payments over 12/1 & 12/2, and she sent me a harassing message to try to get back $3.09 (I had not refunded Paypal fees, as we had not discussed the matter). At this point, I paid it and put myself in the red just to get her to leave me alone and stop threatening Paypal action.
Poor communication, bad attitude, incredibly slow payment and refusal to cooperate on even small issues (such as making one payment of $50 instead of two payments of $25 at my request). Avoid if at all possible.

Good seller overall. Item was packaged very well and it looks great as described. Dispatch was somewhat delayed, but not a big deal. She sent some free nail decals to make up for it. Communication was decent, however I wish she had updated me about the delay sooner. Would buy again, but not if I needed it extremely quickly.

Lovely skirt! Exactly as described! Excellent condition and quality. The shirring doesn't stretch as much as I thought it would, so I will need to loose a couple pounds for it to look awesome on me, but it gives me a good reason too XD Overall I'm very happy with it!! Seller is quite friendly, though dispatch time was a little behind schedule. However, she did state clearly in her seller's terms that her work schedule is constantly changing, so it's understandable. She kept me up to date as often as she could and answered my desire for an update. There was also a slight problem with paypal mobile app, but we solved that with no trouble. :3 Overall, a pretty decent transaction.
The dress is as described, though the top lace is a bit stiffer than the lace on the skirt portion; this is due to the difference between the type of laces. This top lace has softened in the wash (I'm allergic to pet dander and cat saliva so I had to put it in the wash on handwash cycle just in case). I'm hoping it'll soften more later on. Otherwise, I'm surprised that Milanoo had a nice dress like this. :3
Overall, I'm quite pleased. I'm tempted to buy her other pieces too, actually.
