Had issues with buyer, partly my fault but a lot on their part. Communication was sporadic and payment wasn't as quick as I hoped. After shipping out with tracking number and notification to buyer, she claimed she never got it despite saying DELIVERED. Claimed it was because she was on vacation and yet never told me so I could accommodate when to ship. Asked for refund despite ToS specifically saying no refunds.
