The item was shipped in a reasonable amount of time, in proper packing, and arrived unblemished. However, there were 2 photos with a bow and one without. The item description did not state the bow would be missing. It was a simple ribbon, so not difficult to replace.
Overall, I would buy from this seller again. They were quick and courteous.
