This seller kept me constantly updated and had mailed it out the very weekend I bought it!
While shipping was fairly expensive, I am glad she picked that particular option as I didn’t want to lose a package worth over $500. Thank you for that! The package arrived today...which was later than the estimated shipping time, but I don’t mind. One thing was that I was hit with a $56 customs charge. I guess that can’t be helped though.
I am very happy with my purchase!
I have not actually opened it up yet, I will on Christmas.

The item itself is gorgeous. Item was just as described if not better! However, the buying experience for me was definitely far from the best. I first commented on the listing to ask for a shipping quote, she said $15 for EMS and I agreed to the shipping pricing so I bought the listing. After purchasing the item, it took the seller about 3 days to send me an invoice which I don't have a problem with because people have lives and I understand that. However, I noticed that the shipping cost was listed at $20. She told me that shipping was $15...I was expecting a message for an explanation and so I waited and....Nothing. Perhaps she forgot it was me who had commented her for the quote? But I had to be the one to message her about this issue and she told me that it was more expensive than she thought it would be. She also said that this shipping fee also covering Paypal conversion and withdraw fees for her bank. $20 for shipping is a bit ridiculous but since I was already this far in the transaction I didn't even care anymore. Her terms and conditions stated that it would usually take 2-4 business days for sales to be shipped. I wanted a week for a tracking number or for confirmation for shipping and...nothing. I messaged her to see if whether or not it had been shipped yet and she said that her working schedule made it difficult for her to go to the post office which I can understand. Monday rolls around, and nothing again. I decided not to message her again and just wait. She finally gave me a tracking number on Friday and apologized that it took so long because of a family emergency. Item arrived a week after. The whole process took about 3 weeks. I'm usually a patient person but when I'm given the wrong information or when the seller does not hold his/her word I get ticked off. I was expecting her to be the one to tell me the situation rather than me having to message her to resolve an issue that was on her part. Other than that, thanks for the headbow.
