Communication was lacking at the start. None of my messages (i sent three) were read until 10 days after I purchased the listing, and I was about to message LM mods to step out of the sale. Fortunately, after we got in touch on the 10th day, the seller was super friendly and even sent me images of the dress before shipping.
I totally understand that we all have busy lives and can’t respond right away to messages, and if I knew something was going on then I wouldn’t have minded to wait one or even two weeks but personally i would have appreciated maybe a heads up to let me know that I would be waiting because I thought I would not get a response. Or maybe if the seller had forgotten then I hope they can remember to check more often as it can be quite worrying to lose a purchase of 140 USD :)
