Buyer chose cheapest option without insurance to save on fees and left negative feedback because item was bent during transport.
As stated in my terms I am not responsible of damage during transport. I always specify in my listings that buyers must take entire responsibility of their goods after shipment specially for overseas. I try to pack items as secure as possible but cheapest option of shipping doesn’t allow to wrapped them a lot due to size restrictions.
At the end buyer left me negative feedback without messaging me first, trying to discuss or find arrangements. I am extremely disappointed, hurt and would not work again with them in future. [MOD edit: package was not suitable for international shipping, edited due to retaliatory feedback]
