The seller said that the condition was like new, but the bag had both handles broken, and a lot spots unstock, i ask for a partial refund because i want to see if i can repair it, but the seller does not respond for this and she just said that the bag was ok when she send it, obviously a lie, i had to open a dispute in paypal, because she does not take responsibility for the bag. Plus, bad communication and bad packaging.
[MODERATOR NOTE] The bag was probably in ok condition when shipped, but it was damaged in transit due to bad packaging on the side of the seller. The buyer and the seller could not reach an amicable solution and the buyer had to solve this via a Paypal dispute
