Communication and eventual shipping was very slow. Normally I would give this a pass as the seller eventually came back and said she had been sick. (Although even if you can't ship right away, I'd still like to be kept in the loop so I don't feel like I've been ghosted after paying, but whatever.) However, the dress also arrived with visible damage to the ribbon on the front--the velvet fuzz has completely come off in some places. No mention of the damage or close-up photos were included in the listing. I'm disappointed.

Some flaws in the flocking. Communication stopped right after purchase, and it took 3 weeks just to post. Dress wasn't packaged very well overall. Room for improvement.
