[Lace Market Moderator changed to Neutral] Avoid this buyer at all costs. She first tried to start drama because she forgot I had already sent her the tracking number and now sheās accusing me of lying about damages. She said the button fell off. She decided to leave negative feedback when I didnāt immediately reply (because Iām out of town).
When I explained that I wasnāt responsible for the ādamagesā (a loose button), she harassed me repeatedly. In the auction pictures, the waist ties are held by the buttons that were clearly not missing/fallen off.
I have already contacted moderation for the feedback dispute.
