While the body of the jsk is in great condition, the straps were very stretched out when I received the dress. This was not mentioned in the listing at all. The dress was described as in good condition, with no flaws. I contacted the seller and she said she did not notice the straps were stretched out. She asked what she could do to help, and we are still working it out. In general her communication is good, but sometimes she takes a while to respond, and says she has trouble with English. In spite of that I have not had any problems yet with a language barrier. In general she is a good seller and helpful, but I am disappointed that this dress wasn't as described, and that there seems to be a communication barrier because of language.

I received Vampire Requiem today and I am absolutely speechless! The dress is in absolute perfect condition and as described. My expectations are exceeded to say the least. Diàforos was a pleasure to deal with. Very courteous and always replied to my messages in a timely manner. Shipping was fast. Altogether a most positive experience! A+++++
