Awesome, kind customer! Paid very promptly and was so patient despite me being unprofessional. That was a rough week for personal issues, so I forgot to message the customer that I prefer weekend drop offs. (they purchased on a monday) I may start putting it on the invoice just incase to prevent this. Im gonna add it to my policy now, but regardless still should have sent a "thank you + info" message. That was not cool. I appreciate them reaching out to me! Though, they should not have had to. 😓 I included some stickers and pink bows (never used) that I included for forgiveness , I hope they can be of use! I apologize again! This is not the norm for me and I hope you will not be deterred from purchasing for me again! Thank you!
