Good communication, item came just as described and the shipping was very cheap. There was a delay in shipping which I was informed of after I had already paid. It was not an issue for me, but should have been mentioned sooner.
An issue was that the packaging was very thin. The bonnet had been wrapped in bubble wrap at one point but it had come loose during shipping so it was very lucky nothing bad happened to it. A better description of how the item would be shipped would be good practice for the future so that the buyer can request for more expensive packaging if they wish! :)
