I have been a bit conflicted on how to exactly write this feedback. I won the auction and after a few days of silence I had to contact the seller (no big deal, Lacemarket notifications can be weird) who told me that they cannot find the capelet and they need to look for it more. I think it is slightly problematic that they don't keep the items they sell in a safe place, if anything to make sure they don't get damaged in any way. However, I do not receive an invoice so I do not pay anything and I'm ok with waiting a bit as long as I get my capelet in the end. I ask them to keep me updated... but they don't. A few more days pass and they haven't messaged me, so I send them a PM. They reply that they would rather cancel because they can't find it. Big disappointment aside, in the end I decided to be lenient and leave a neutral review despite the negative experience. I appreciate that I was not invoiced and that the seller was honest, but I think one should keep the items they've listed up for sale in a safe place. I had to keep the money on hold for a number of days just to receive nothing.

Timely responses and shipping. I do think that this seller should double check products before shipping. I found minor defects on my item that weren’t initially seen. Chiffon had three to four snags in the front.
