Buyer backed out of sale, citing having fallen ill with the coronavirus. Did a google check and her town has one confirmed case of COVID-19 but it was reported on 13 Mar and is a male patient. Also, buyer purchased the listing a day before the COVID-19 case in her town was reported and was incommunicado for 2 days after invoicing her. Unsure if she's using the virus excuse to back out of the sale so giving her a neutral instead.
