The seller's communication was lacking during our transaction; I had to prompt her to send me the invoice, as well as for information about when the package had been shipped. However, she was timely and helpful in providing information I needed to file a claim with the postal service when the package didn't arrive on time. I can't comment on the quality of the dress, because I ultimately never received it due to the package being stolen, but I understand this wasn't the seller's fault.
