At no fault to the seller, someone at UPS had a bad day at work because the box came damaged BUT everything is fine!! Just as described. And honestly, if you can find this print, I suggest buying it. The pictures don't do it justice!! It's so cute in person!! Everything went well with the seller. I would recommend!! I put 5* for the packaging because the seller was not at fault at all because nothing was lost or damaged. I would definitely buy from again!! A++++
