this dress is heavy and full!

Dress is in good condition with the exception of the top two shirring elastics (see photo) are staring to stretch out a bit. They still have some stretch left. I can replace the top two if you wish for an additional 50$USD. (I am a professional seamstress)

I have also added some safety pins in the front to keep the dress closed. Easy to remove if you wish.
