Brand new : Bought it on Lolitawardrobe and just tried it, but sadly the thigh cuffs size is too tight for me.
Concerning the color, it's more offwhite/cream than true white.

Waist (minimum size to max size) : 64-90 cm
Hips : 110 cm
Lenght : 44 cm
Warning, those are flat size measurements, your body measurements should be 7-8cm smaller to make a perfect fit.
I also take the thigh cuffs circumference for not being as disappointed as me: 40 cm
