Full payment is due within 24 hours of purchase unless otherwise arranged. If USPS loses the package it's up to the buyer to contact them. If that happens I'm happy to send a photo of the receipt if needed just let me know. I have a cat but hang my clothes up out of her reach, however there might be some traces of her fur on it. If you're very allergic to cats I would recommend not ordering from me. Everything is sold As-Is. If there's damage or missing pieces I do my best to note that.
